JAMEY GESTON > BIOGRAPHY

Born October 12, 1998, actress and performer, Jamey Geston has been in front on camera since she was two and a half.


She landed her first lead role at the tender age of four and began to be noticed for her natural acting talent in over two dozen student, short and feature films including "Stick It" with Jeff Bridges and Missy Peregrym, and "Rodeo Girl" with Rachel Hunter and Tippi Hedren.

Jamey has been physically performing on stage since she was two and has been in over 100 stage, theater, and performance venues; which include dance recitals, gymnastics exhibitions, school programs, two original musicals, four operas. However, her favorite stage role was Tinker Bell, when she was given a dance solo in the children's classic “Peter Pan”.

At the age three Jamey begin taking classes at the Colorado Springs Conservatory (CSC) Performing Arts School & successfully completed six total semesters. She excelled in vocal and performances skills and was acknowledged at CSC as a "performance leader" for her commitment in the schools' outreach and performance venues. At just five-years-old, she received the Bee Vranderburg Merit Scholarship in music, where she was the youngest recipient to be given this honor.

She is an advanced gymnast, a member of the international known "The Children of the World Choir", and has worked as a representative for "Kids With Cause" where she donates her time to help others and give back to the community.

Jamey enjoys drawing, opera, and swimming. She loves to dance and sing especially karaoke, and enjoys just being a kid. She is a self-proclaimed vegetarian; is a gifted fine artist, with works resembling Chagall and Picasso.

Colorado native Jamey's family moved to Southern California in the summer of 2005.
She is the niece of actor Jeff Bridges and is represented by Cunningham-Escott-Slevin-Doherty (CESD)

In 2007 Jamey auditioned a lot and booked a supporting role in a movie called ''Wreck The Halls'' (2008) with Mickey Rooney. She will play a choir angel and is very excited for the part, she also got new beautiful headshots photographed by Shandon Youngclaus. Little miss Jamey also bought her own electric guitar and plans to start guitar lessons soon.
